Material Notes: Premi-Glas® 1201-15 is a 15% glass reinforced thermoset Sheet Molding Compound designed for sinks, shower stall bases and wall applications. Key features and benefits are:
  • Supports ANSI 124.2 and CSA B45.5 requirements for flame, smoke and stain resistance.
  • Available in glass contents ranging from 10% - 20%; standard product has 15% reinforcement.
  • High gloss, non-rippling surface appearance on large flat surfaces and deep draw side walls.
  • Excellent as-molded dimensional tolerances.
  • Outstanding moldability and flow in compression process.
  • Standard color is white.
  • Passes ANSI 124.2/ CSA B,45.5 stain resistance
