Material Notes: Isomag® 45 is a medium density insulating board which provides excellent hot strength and insulating value. Its magnesia silicate based formulation provides insulating properties equivalent to calcium silicate boards, with superior dimensional stability. Incombustible, Isomag® 45 is totally free of asbestos and will not become wet by molten aluminum or its alloys.
