Lord Adhesives CoolTherm™ SC-6754 Silicone Grease
Categories: Fluid; Lubricant; Silicone Base; Silicone, Filled Grease

Material Notes: LORD CoolTherm™ SC-6754 grease is a one-component silicone material used to provide a thermal path between semiconductors and heat sinks by displacing the air gap between the mating surfaces. It is also used as a non-curing, shock resistant sealant between the semiconductors and heat sink.

Features: provides excellent resistance to water and temperature cycling; provides shock and vibration protection. can be used on parts and devices that experience continuous operating temperatures from -55°C to +205°C. provides high dielectric strength and excellent electrical insulation properties, insuring efficient heat transfer.
