Material Notes: GOYENCHEM-PTFE, anti-dropping flame retardant, is provided by GO YEN CHEMICAL INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD. (GYC GROUP), that work with GY-FR-OP series. When adding into Thermoplastic plastic, due to heat effect, it will generate GOYENCHEM-PTFE microball, which more than 0.18µm, and form cross-link network in the process of pressing and cutting. When burned, this network will contract, then consequently, trap the melted polymer, insulate oxygen, accelerate the carbonization of polymer, and therefore, makes the polymer flame-retarded. GY-PTFE own high Mw PTFE that can effectively fiberize and easily disperse into small particle to meet the antidrip purpose.
