Material Notes:	Product description: TEGOPREN 5863 is a polyether siloxane. It is a non-ionic product with 100 % active content. Application: In paper application TEGOPREN® 5863 is recommended as defoamer booster for mineral or silicone oil based pulp defoamers and as emulsifier and booster for paper mill defoamers based on fatty alcohols. In textile application TEGOPREN® 5863 is re-commended as lubricant and wetting/spreading agent in non-polar systems. It is suitable for the treatment of fibers or fabrics applied by padding. TEGOPREN® 5863 provides good sew ability and lubricity. It can be used alone or in combination with other organo modified siloxanes or organic based surfactants.
