LyondellBasell Adflex X 190 G Thermoplastic Polyolefin
Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic; Polyolefin

Material Notes: Adflex X 190 G is a reactor TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) manufactured using the Lyondell Basell's proprietary Catalloy process technology. It has been developed as an impact modifier for polypropylene to be used both in extrusion and in injection molding applications. Thanks to its particular characteristics, it does not alter the transparency of the modified polypropylene (homopolymer or random copolymer). Adflex X 190 G exhibits a high softness and a low modulus, with a relatively high Melt Flow Index. It does not contain any slip nor anti-blocking agents. The grade is available in natural pellet form.

Availability: Africa-Middle East; Asia-Pacific; Australia and New Zealand; Europe; North America; South & Central America

Application: Crates; Hot Melt Adhesives; Housewares; Impact Modification; Industrial Packaging; Peelable Film; Sports, Leisure & Toys

Market: Consumer Products; Flexible Packaging

Processing Method: Compounding; Injection Molding

Attribute: Good Flexibility; Good Processability; Low Temperature Impact Resistance; Medium Flow; Soft
