Wingate Alloys Winco 34 General Purpose Corrosion and Abrasion Resistant Stainless Steel

Material Notes: Winco 34 is a general purpose, high tensile Stainless Steel with corrosion and abrasion resistance and physical properties equal to or superior to those of typical 304, 18-8 Stainless Steel.
    Advantages:
  • Free machining and non-magnetic.
  • Corrosion Resistant – resists pitting and oxidation at elevated temperatures.
  • Corrosion resistance is not affected by normal brazing, welding and stress relieving.
  • Heat Resistant – acceptable high strength performance in applications up to 1600°F.
  • Resists warping due to temperature changes.
  • Abrasion Resistant – increased Nickel and Chromium aids in wearabilty superior to that of standard grades of Stainless Steel.
  • All bars are delivered machine straightened and stress relieved.
  • Precision tolerances on Turned, Ground and Polished shafting.
  • Exhibits minimal carbide precipitation during welding.
Applications: Arbors, hoppers spindles, shafts, chutes, pins, troughs, cute liners and scraper blades.
