Abatron Primkote G A/B Waterborne Epoxy Primer/Sealer for Green Concrete
Categories: Polymer; Adhesive; Thermoset; Epoxy; Epoxy Adhesive

Material Notes: Primkote G is a waterborne epoxy system for priming and sealing floors. It contains a gray resin compound (Part A) and a clear hardener (Part B). It conditions concrete and other substrates for epoxy and polyurethane coatings. It is an excellent tie-coat between old glossy epoxy and other cured coating for subsequent coatings. It offers the best recoat adhesion within the first 1-4 days. After this point, it should be sanded or reprimed with Primkote G if it is glossy and difficult to wet. It can also be used alone, in one or several coats, to protect a color pattern, etc. Primkote G offers: (1) Application to freshly poured concrete, within hours after the concrete has been poured; (2) Application to fully cured concrete; (3) Cancels out the necessity to wait 28 days or cure and shot-blast new concrete before it can be finished; (4) Very low viscosity for penetration and wetting; (5) Low VOC (meets EPA method 24); (6) Outstanding water and weather resistance; (7) Fast hardening time (1 1/4 hrs); (8) Gray color for improved visual inspection. Suggested Uses: Priming/Sealing of freshly poured concrete surfaces; Penetrating and Conditioning concrete for urethanes and tie-coats on epoxy surfaces; Gray-Colored Primer for floors.
