Vinnolit® E 69 ST PVC for Paste Application
Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic; Vinyl (PVC)

Material Notes: Vinnolit® E 69 ST PVC for paste application. Vinnolit® E 69 ST is a very fine-particle, paste-making emulsion homopolymer, giving medium viscosity plastisols with a good shelf life. Plastisols made with Vinnolit® E 69 ST have a slightly pseudoplastic rheology. Vinnolit® E 69 ST exhibits excellent foaming characteristics in chemically blown foams. Due to its outstanding low coarse particle content and white color it is recommended for foamed wall coverings made by rotary screen printing or hot embossing. Noteworthy properties are: medium viscosity with pseudoplastic rheology, excellent foaming characteristics with good expansion ratio and a uniform, fine cell structure, even at high filler loading, very fine powder, suitable for screen printing, very good whiteness.
