This non-ionic emulsion is specially developed to deliver the high molecular weight dimethicone actives in a low viscosity liquid with neutral pH. This emulsion is designed to be used as in mold release applications as well as a multi-substrate auto dressing and conditioner. Addition Rates Dosage – 1: 1-5% Information provided by CHT Group
