Adaptive3D Elastic ToughRubber™ 90 (ETR 90) Elastomer for DLP
Categories: Polymer; 3D Printing/Additive Manufacturing Polymer; Thermoset; Rubber or Thermoset Elastomer (TSE)

Material Notes: Adaptive3D Elastic ToughRubber™ 90 (ETR 90) is an elastomeric material with a tough, rubber-like performance, allowing for the 3D printing of parts previously made from technical foams, rubbers, or polyurethanes. E-RE90 is one of the toughest elastomers on the market with high performance that is ideal for a multitude of end parts, products, and functional prototypes such as midsoles, heel cups, seals, and door boots, foam-like lattice structuring, or tough enclosures. It is also recommended for vibration isolation parts due to its extraordinary damping properties.

Applications: manufacturing, consumer goods, automotive, aerospace, foam replacement, seals and gaskets.
