Material Notes: KANTHAL 50 HT is a high temperature type thermostatic bimetal which is recommended for use in corrosive environments in the temperature range -20 to +550 °C.

Typical applications for KANTHAL 50 HT are in circuit breakers, motor protection units, thermostats, shower mixers, etc.

High-expansive component: 18-10 Alloy(2333 Designation, 50% of thickness)

Low-expansive component: 17 Alloy (2320 Designation, 50% of thickness)
