Material Notes: Usable at up to 240°C. Satisfactory sliding properties. A low, stable coefficient of friction and low friction wear. Outstanding dimensional stability. Stable coefficient of expansion and satisfactory creep characteristics. Exceptionally clean properties. Trace amounts of outgas and metallic impurities.

Applications: Precision machinery, industrial machinery parts, electrical and electronic parts, automotive and transport equipment parts, special insulation, metal alternative, film, fiber, matrix composite materials, HDD parts and semiconductor manufacturing equipment, copier machine parts

Typical property data for non-crystallized parts is reported here. Recommended Condition for Crystallization = 220°C X 5hrs + 280°C X 5hrs.
