Material Notes: Premi-Glas® 3101-25 is a 25% glass reinforced thermoset Bulk Molding Compound designed for electrical and flame retardant applications. Key features and benefits are:
  • Underwriters Laboratories, UL 94-5VA flame recognition at 2.6 mm minimum wall thickness; and UL 94V-0 recognition at 1.6mm minimum thickness; using halogen free technology.
  • Available in fiberglass contents ranging from 10% - 25%; standard product has 25% reinforcement.
  • Excellent dimensional stability, dielectric strength, and arc and track resistance.
  • Outstanding moldability and flow in Compression, Injection, and Transfer molding processes.
  • UL recognized in all colors. Standard color is black.
