Material Notes: High Density Ethylene Hexene Copolymer with Antistat

Customer Benefits: This resin allows the blow molder to reduce inventory of resin types, because it can be used to package a wide range of products. Has excellent stiffness and exceptional ESCR.

Applications: Bottles for bleach and detergents, industrial chemicals, industrial parts.

Processing Recommendations:
Blow Molding Stock Temperature: Upper Limit: 204°C, Lower Limit: 171°C
Extrusion Melt Temperature: Upper Limit: 216°C, Lower Limit: 194°C
Thermoforming Surface Temperature: Upper Limit: 182°C, Lower Limit: 171°C

Specification Data: ASTM D4976 - PE 235. FDA Regulation 177.1520. Suitable for food packaging. Subject to some food type and temperature restrictions. Listed in Drug Master File.

Sag Upper Limit: 23 cm, Lower Limit: 18 cm; 2 ft. X 4ft. X 125 mil thick blank heated to forming temperature.
