Thermal Ceramics Therm-O-Seal Finishing Cements
Categories: Ceramic

Material Notes: Therm-O-Seal Finishing Cement is a general purpose, hydraulic setting cement, with excellent troweling, and palming properties. It has extremely low drying shrinkage, and hardens to a smooth crack-free surface within a few hours. Once dry, Therm-O-Seal Finishing Cement is highly resistant to weather damage, but water-based paint may be applied to improve appearance.

Therm-O-Seal Finishing Cement provides a strong protective coating for other insulating materials. Used as a finish over insulation cement, brick, or other block insulation, Therm-OSeal creates a very tight seal which further reduces cold air infiltration and heat loss.

Features:

  • Finishing cement recommended for temperatures up to 1400°F
  • Finishing cement provides a strong protective coating for other insulation materials
  • Insulating cement recommended for temperatures up to 1800°F
  • Insulating cement is a non-corrosive cement with outstanding adhesion
  • Fibrous adhesive maximum service temperature 1200°F
  • No asbestos fibers
  • Fast setting compound
