Lord Adhesives Circalok™ 6412 Urethane Encapsulant System
Categories: Polymer; Thermoset; Polyurethane, TS; Thermoset Polyurethane, Adhesive

Material Notes: LORD Circalok™ 6412 urethane encapsulant is a two-component system designed for encapsulating and casting applications. Circalok 6412 encapsulant cures at room temperature to produce a flexible, medium durometer system without containing MOCA or TDI. Circalok 6412 B hardener may crystallize during storage. If crystals appear, loosen container lid and warm hardener at 32-49°C to melt crystals before mixing with resin. After opening Circalok 6412 B hardener, protect material from excessive moisture by installing desiccant cartridges and/or using dry nitrogen as an inert cover.

Features: maintains low viscosity for complete and void-free encapsulation. exhibits excellent hydrolytic stability and low moisture absorption. provides excellent electrical insulation properties. can be used on parts and devices that experience operating temperatures from -50 to +100°C.
