ECOMold 95 Copper Mold Material

Material Notes: ECOMold® copper alloys (beryllium-free) are designed specifically for plastics industry applications. ECOMold® 95 has a superior combination of thermal conductivity, hardness, and tensile strength. This mold material has proven to be highly effective for injection molding, blow molding, thermoforming, and other plastic processing uses.

ECOMold® 95 is used in applications requiring a high hardness level such as cores, core inserts, cavities - inserts, runnerless molding systems, hot runner nozzles, core pins, blow pins, ejector sleeve core combinations, sprue bushings, and neck and tail pinch offs.
