Material Notes: High Styrene Resin Masterbatch (HSR)

Characteristics: KOSYN KHS is produced by mixing SBR 1502 of 23.5% styrene and high styrene resin latex at high temperature. It works as plasticizer which improves processability in rubber compounding, and has superior abrasion resistance, tear resistance and flex crack resistance. Also, it can hold up good physical properties with fillers. This product has superior compounding dispersibility and processability in addition to promoting the stiffness of manufactured goods.

Applications: High solidity shoe part, foam sponge, equipment of automobile and other industrial tires.

Stabilizer: Non-Staining
Appearance: Pop-corn Type
Cured Rubber: Press cured 50 minutes at 145°C

This product is so sensitive to sunlight and humidity that it can be tarnished and caused deterioration of quality if exposed. It is recommended to store it in cool and shady area lest it should be exposed to direct sunlight. Do not expose to incompatible materials or contaminants.
