Abatron L060330-2 Flexible Polyurea Compound
Categories: Polymer; Adhesive; Thermoset

Material Notes: L060330-2 is used for castings, repairs, assemblies, coatings, and laminations that require fast hardening. It is also used for bonding most rigid materials such as metals, aluminum, copper, china, ceramic, glass, marble, wood fiberglass, leather, hard plastics, and electrical components. Other applications include traffic marker installation, roof patching, and concrete crack and joint filling. As it hardens even at freezing temperatures, it is widely used for installations, repairs, and maintenance in extremely cold environments. It characteristics include: curing time of 1-10 minutes, excellent adhesion without primer, excellent weather and water resistance, low temperature cure to -20°F, good thermal resistance to 300°F and excellent thermal cycling resistance, and useful in areas that are continually wet. L060330-2 is supplied in a two-component "caulking gun" system for minor repairs, holes, and filling, or professionally installed with a high pressure two-component mixing apparatus. It can also be in-line blended utilizing a two-component mixer/sprayer apparatus or a hand-held plural component caulking gun allowing the applicator to use amounts ranging from a few ounces to nearly continuous feed.
