Versalis Intene® 50 (A-AM-AF) Butadiene Rubber

Material Notes: Intene® 50 A-AF-AM are solution polymerized low cis polybutadiene produced using an alkyl lithium catalyst. A food contact approved, non-staining antioxidant is added during the production process.

Key Features: Low cis BR is the polybutadiene of choice to produce high impact Polystyrene (HIPS). The solution viscosity typical value of 170 cps is preferred by most users.

  • Intene® 50 AF - TNPP and BHT free antioxidant system
  • Intene® 50 AM - BHT free antioxidant system

Main Applications: Impact improver to be used in polystyrene and ABS manufacturing.
