Material Notes: Extra firm grade silicone sponge. UL recognized of flame retardance.

Applications: High closure-force gaskets, Press-pads where conformable imprinting support is required, such as decal lamination on skis and T-shirts

No UV degradation per SAE J-1960. Ozone effect rating is 0 (no cracks) per ASTM D-1171. No staining per ASTM D-925(A). Passes AMS-3568 corrosion resistance. Passes SMP-800-C & BSS toxic gas emission rating. Passes hot flex at 230°C (446°F) per ASTM D-573.

General BISCO™ silicone information: BISCO™ Cellular Silicones are used as sealing cushioning, vibration isolation, insulation, and thermal management gaskets. Their resistance to environmental extremes, mechanical resilience, and safety features lead to their use in transportation equipment, communications and electrical enclosures, electronic products and components, industrial machinery, and appliances.
