Material Notes: Alloy 141 (Eni-1) is used for welding Nickel 200 and 201 to themselves or to one another, for overlaying on steel, or welding on the clad side of steel clad with nickel. Typical applications include welding ASTM B160, B161, B162, and B163. Dissimilar metal welding applications are: joints between Nickel 200 and 201 and a variety of iron-base and nickel-base alloys. Alloy 141 in the 3/32 and 1/8 diameters can be used in all positions, while the larger 5/32 and 3/16 diameter are used in the flat and horizontal positions. POWER SUPPLY DCRP.
