Vinnolit® E 68 SA PVC for Paste Application
Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic; Vinyl (PVC)

Material Notes: Vinnolit® E 68 SA PVC for paste application. Vinnolit® E 68 SA is a fine-particle paste making emulsion homopolymer, classified as a low to medium viscosity resin. Plastisols made with Vinnolit® E 68 SA exhibit a nearly Newtonian rheology. Vinnolit® E 68 SA is recommended for the production of chemically blown foams. Typical applications are for example artificial leather, floorings, unsupported foams and foamed wallcoverings. Noteworthy properties are: low to medium viscosity, excellent foaming characteristics with good expansion ratio and a uniform, fine cell structure, even at high filler loading, readily blended with Vinnolit® C 65 V or Vinnolit® EXT up to a ratio of 60/40 to obtain rigid or semi-rigid foams without sacrificing cell structure, very good whiteness, good paste deaeratibility, wide processing tolerance with no tendency to overfoaming.
