Oschatz-Glas HZF 018 Type P18/6-66x2 PTFE-Impregnated Glass Filament Thread
Categories: Ceramic; Glass; Glass Fiber

Material Notes: PTFE is extremely resistant to all bases, alcohols, petrol and oils. Due to a very low coefficient of friction, PTFE has the best sliding and non-stick properties of all plastics. In addition, PTFE is non-flammable and can be exposed to high temperatures. By individually coating the glass fibers, an increase in tensile force of 10 - 20% can be achieved.

Markets include Fire protection, Technical fabrics, Automotive, Protective gear, Isolations/power plant constructions, Assembly.
