Material Notes:	SMACWRAP® concept is a smart and lightweight solution to embed into composite structures a very thin viscoelastic material. The SMACWRAP® will then bring damping to the composite structure without mechanical detriment effects. SMACWRAP® Main Advantages: Lightweight (very high damping vs. added mass) SMACWRAP® viscoelastic material withstands composite curing (incl. autoclave process) No more need of Add-On skin dampers or damping foams(a «all-in-one» manufacturing solution) Can be used on lightweight structures as : silencers, ducting, trim panels, etc. Main Characteristics: Regarding the temperature related performances, materials can be chosen: SMACWRAP® EX for low temperatures (-30°C to -40°C / -22°F to -40°F) SMACWRAP® ST for medium and positive temperatures Information provided by SMAC MontBlac Groupe Technologies
