Applications: HyBoost-242 is primarily used to prevent melt fracture in blown film and the use rate will vary depending upon base polymer characteristics and details of the extrusion process. Moreover, as HyBoost-242 has an affinity for metal surfaces. Sheet and profile processors also see a marked reduction or elimination of die build up with a consequent reduction in down time for cleaning and elimination of die lines.
