Material Notes:	Europrene® 1606 T is a carbon black masterbatch obtained by adding N 330 carbon black and TDAE oil to an emulsion styrene-butadiene latex before coagulation. The latex is obtained by cold polymerization using a rosin acid soap as emulsifier. A non-staining antioxidant is added during the production process. Key Features: The use of black masterbatch offers many benefits to the manufacturer such as: shorter mixing cycles with higher capacity; reduced energy demand; improved carbon black dispersion; cleaner plant environment. Main Applications: Retreading, conveyor belts, mechanical goods, high performance soles. Information provided by Polimeri Europa.
