Meyors Chemical IS-80 Vulcanization Agent
Categories: Other Engineering Material; Additive/Filler for Polymer

Material Notes: Product Code: MSHQD-VA075-00 MT
Chemical Name: IS-80
Trade Name: Vulcanization Agent IS-80
CAS No.: 9035-99-8

Typical Properties: A Proprietary predispersed 80% insoluble sulfur in a 20% elastomeric. Processing aids binder (elastomeric binder can be SBR or EPDM)

Recommended Applications: Vulcanization Agent Master Batch IS-80 is a vulcanizing agent for all natural and synthetic rubber compounds in which sulfur bloom should be avoided; The active insoluble sulfur is in insoluble in carbon disulphide and other solvents. Insoluble sulfur in powder form is more difficult to mix and disperse at normal processing temperatures. Vulcanization Agent Master Batch IS-80 provides faster mix at lower temperatures and better dispersion than when using the powder grade
