Danquinsa DANCOLL® 245-20F Poly adduct
Categories: Other Engineering Material; Additive/Filler for Polymer

Material Notes: DANCOLL® 245-20F is a high solid poly adduct of low viscosity containing hydroxyl groups which is used for the production of polyethylene bags and film lamination adhesives. This product serves as Tackifier and tack improver in PE bag granular solutions. Furthermore, DANCOLL® 245-20F is added to harder, crystallize PUR-adhesives as a Tackifier.

Application: DANCOLL® 245-20F is supplied in a very soft and elastic version for the bonding of PE-bags. A long lasting inherent tack of the product ensures additional safety in case of long processing cycles. In most cases, DANCOLL® 245-20F is processed together with our poly isocyanate DANCURE® 246-13 in a 2-component way. DANCOLL® 245-20F is used as a modification component for PUR-adhesives when a long open time and a high tack is needed. The amount of the curing agent DANCURE® 246-13 added is approx. 8 to 15% of the total formulation.
