| Pre-cast. SynFoam HP is a high performance syntactic foam designed to safely operate in underwater environments. SynFoam HP resists water absorption and provides excellent performance for deep water submersion in both manned and unmanned vehicles. These properties have made SynFoam HP a crucial component of ROV, AUV, UUV, and HOV underwater vehicles as well as buoyancy modules designed by industrial professionals. Our HP series of foams range in density from 24 to 32 pounds per cubic foot and are highly recommended for 1K, 2K, 3K, and 4K ROV's. SynFoam HP is available as 6” x 12” x 24” fully cured blocks. The blocks may be further machined into different sizes and shapes by the end user to meet the necessary specific tolerances and requirements.
