Covestro ArcolĀ® F-1080 Polyol
Categories: Polymer; Thermoset

Material Notes: Characterization: Arcol F-1080 polyol is a 3,000-molecular-weight triol.

Properties / Applications: Arcol F-1080 polyol is designed for the production of one-shot flexible urethane slabstock foams. The full range of flexible foams from extra soft to extra firm, with varying densities, can be made with Arcol F-1080 polyol. Compared to conventional 3,000-molecular-weight slabstock polyols, Arcol F-1080 has the advantage of lower tin catalyst requirements and wider tin processing latitude. Good foam physical properties are obtained over the entire range. As with any product, use of Arcol F-1080 polyol in a given application must be tested (including but not limited to field testing) in advance by the user to determine suitability.
