Matexcel MCP-011 Nanoporous Carbon Powder
Categories: Other Engineering Material

Material Notes: Nanoporous Carbon Powder has a three-dimensional through-hole nano-channel structure inside, each hole is connected with 12 surrounding holes, the pore structure is orderly, and the pore size distribution is narrow, which can be precisely controlled in the range of 10-1000 nanometers. NCP has good electrical conductivity (2-10 S/cm), internal three-dimensional pore structure (adjustable from 10-1000 nanometers), and surface modification (hydrophilic to hydrophobic, default hydrophilic hydroxyl group) , Carbon content ~ 95% (remaining H, C), large effective specific surface area (200-600m2/g, varies with pore size), particle size greater than 10 microns. It is very expected to have important applications in catalyst supports, electrode materials, chromatographic column adsorbents, and protein separation.
