Material Notes: Product Description: ANOX™ BB011 and ANOX™ BB021 stabilizer blends are a family of solid binary synergistic blends used to protect polymers drying processing and long term aging.

Application: ANOX™ BB011 and ANOX™ BB021 stabilizer blends with a combination of a high molecular weight hindered phenol: ANOX™ 20 stabilizer, and a phosphate: ALKANOX™ 240 phosphite, provide excellent protection in polyolefins. The low volatility of the ANOX™ 20 stabilizer and ALKANOX™ allows the blend to be used at relatively high temperatures while providing excellent resistance to extraction from polymer compounds. The blends are active during polymer processing and provide excellent stabilization against thermo-oxidative degradation during long term aging. The ANOX™ BB011 and ANOX™ BB021 stabilizer blends are used for process stabilization of a wide range of thermoplastic polymers such as polyolefins (PP, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE) polycarbonates, ABS, and polyesters.
