Master Bond adhesives
Danquinsa MORCHEM UD 5055F Polyurethane dispersion
Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic; Polyurethane, TP

Material Notes: MORCHEM UD 5055F is an aliphatic, aqueous polyurethane dispersion for the production of adhesives and coatings.

Application: MORCHEM UD 5055F is used for the modification of different aqueous polyurethane adhesives, specially to adjust the viscosity. Even mixings with other dispersions are possible. Produced polyurethane adhesives can be vet bonded as onesite-adhesive or as reactivation adhesive, whereby both bonding areas must be striked with the dispersion. The films should be in a dry condition as they must be reactivated later at 70°C. For the crosslinking it can be added 5% of DANCURE 101 or MORCHEM CA-15. After the addition of the hardener it has to pay attention to the potlife of approx. 6 hours
