Thermal Ceramics FireMaster 607 Bulk
Categories: Ceramic; Oxide; Silicon Oxide

Material Notes: FireMaster 607 Bulk is a high-temperature fiber that is classified by Underwriters Laboratories under loose Fill Material (BPHX) in the UL Building Materials Directory, No. R9464. FireMaster 607 Bulk is uniquely designed from pure raw materials (Calcium-Magnesium-Silicate) offering specifically developed systems to provide reliable economic fire protection performance in offshore, marine, commercial building and industrial applications. FireMaster 607 Bulk has been fully exonerated in the European Union under the Provisions of Directive 97/69/EC. The product provides enhanced solubility in body fluids while providing a superior non-combustible performance in the most demanding fire protection applications.

FireMaster 607 Bulk is used as a void or cavity fill material in a number of through-penetration fire stop applications listed by UL Fire Resistance Directory, Volume 2, through Penetration FireStop Systems. FireMaster 607 Bulk in combination with FireMaster Mastic provide up to 3 hours of protection from flame passage and smoke penetration.
