Material Notes:	ELASTOSIL® R plus 4060/50 is a platinum-catalyzed addition-curing, one-part silicone rubber for manufacturing molded articles. Vulcanizates are characterized by a high elasticity and a low compression set. Application: ELASTOSIL® R plus 4060/50 is a fast-curing grade showing lower compression set, better heat stability, and superior elasticity in comparison with other platinum curing grades (e.g. ELASTOSIL® R plus 4001). Hot air resistance can be improved by adding appropriate heat stabilizers, such as 1.5% ELASTOSIL® AUX Stabilizer H3. Information provided by Wacker Chemie AG.
