Empilon EMPILON® 610 TPE
Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic; Elastomer, TPE

Material Notes: EMPILON® 6 series products own high transparency, high elasticity, good physical and mechanical properties, and medical food requirements. They are often used in medical, food, and shock-absorbing materials and have high transparency; it is a blending material mainly based on hydrogenated Styrenic Block Copolymer. The hardness ranges from Shore OO33 to Shore A80. It can be processed by injection molding, extrusion molding and calendaring. The series is non-toxic. It does not contain RCRA 8 heavy metals, halogens, phthalate and is 100% recyclable and eco-friendly. It can pass the European Union Waste Electronics and Electrical Equipment (WEEE), Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) regulations and meet the environmental requirements of SONY SS-00259 4th Edition. This series owns excellent mechanical property, weather and heat resistance, good resilience and has low specific gravity, good chemical resistant and hydrolysis resistant performance. This series can be used without drying before processing. If you want to dye this series of products, please choose PE or EVA as the substrate of masterbatch, never use PVC as the substrate. Moreover, use a higher screw speed when processing and higher back pressure to achieve better dispersion of the colorant.
