Material Notes:	General Description SX178 is a premium grade, pre-alloyed tungsten carbide/cobalt/chromium spray powder. Particles are dense, spherical, free flowing and can be applied by plasma or high velocity thermal spray processes. Tungsten carbide/cobalt/chromium materials provide better oxidation resistance than tungsten carbide/cobalt coatings. They are good for wear-resistance applications up to 1000°F.
