3M Pronto™ CA-40 Instant Adhesive

Material Notes:	One-part, room-temperature curing adhesive that is ready-to-use without metering or mixing. Bonded parts reach handling strength in 5-10 seconds on many applications. Very fast setting adhesive with excellent adhesion to many substrates including flexible vinyl and EPDM rubber. Meets MIL-A-46050C Type II, Class 1. Base is ethyl. It takes assembled parts 1-30 seconds to reach a strength where further handling and processing can take place. Times will depend on surface to be bonded, temperature and humidity. Average T-Peel at 75°F (24°C) is 1-2 PIW. Tested per ASTM D 1876-61T. Information provided by 3M Adhesives Division.
