Material Notes:	Vinnolit® E 75 HV PVC for paste application. Vinnolit® E 75 HV is a fine-particle sized, paste-making emulsion homopolymer, classified as high viscosity resin. Plastisols made with Vinnolit® E 75 HV exhibit pseudoplastic rheology Vinnolit® E 75 HV is particularly suitable for the production of compact films and chemically blown foams. Typical application is artificial leather, especially for thermoformed surfaces in the automotive applications. Vinnolit® E 75 HV is also suitable for technical coatings yielding plastisols of medium-high viscosity and very good compatibility with bonding agents. Moreover, Vinnolit® E75 HV remarkably increases the gelling force of plastisols. Plastisols based on Vinnolit® E 75 HV can be applied by all commonly used coating techniques for leather cloth. Vinnolit® E 75 HV is particularly suitable for the manufacture of artificial leather cloth that is subjected to thermoforming. Information provided by Vinnolit.
