Material Notes: Description: Apcotex VP100, generically known as Vinyl Pyridine Latex is a ter-polymer of styrene, butadiene and 2-VP monomer with 15:75:10 ratio respectively. It is manufactured by emulsion polymerization method with state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities to produce consistent product. Apcotex VP 100 is used for dipping of Nylon, Rayon, Polyester fabrics & other Textile reinforcement materials. This dipped fabric is used to manufacture tyre, conveyor belts etc. It provides excellent adhesion between dipped Fabrics and Rubber Compound.

Advantages:

  • Tyre: Dipped Fabrics used for Carcass, Chafer etc.
  • Beltings: Dipped Fabrics used for conveyor belt, V-belt, Fan belt, etc.
  • Mechanical Goods: Dipped Fabrics used for hoses and other textile reinforced rubber based products.
