Material Notes:	Description: A colorable thermoplastic elastomer with good fluid resistance, formulated to replace foamed thermoset elastomers such as EPDM and thermoplastic foams. It is polyolefin-based and designed to be processed using especially adapted physical foam extrusion lines. Supplied as free-foaming pellets in 25 kilogram (55 pound) moisture barrier bags. Features: Fast, easy injection molding, especially for complex part geometries Good Sealing Performance Excellent surface aspect Minimal part warpage Can be injected at lower molding temperatures or at lower injection pressures Low odor Very low fogging Product Notes: Values are for injection molded plaques, side gated. 82.6 mm x 117.5 mm x 3 mm Information provided by Advanced Elastomer Systems.
