Material Notes: PiMC is a Powder in-Mould Coating designed to improve the surface quality, durability and aesthetic appearance of SMC/BMC products. The PiMC is electro statically sprayed onto the heated mould surface just prior to the molding of SMC/BMC. The PiMC 1949-series of granite colors were specially developed to give SMC/BMC parts the exclusive appearance of natural stone. Examples of (possible) applications are sanitary products and wall claddings.
