Material Notes: Featherlite FL4025A is a concentrated blends of thermoplastic microspheres and alumina tri-hydrate combined with an effective dust suppressant. Alumina Tri-Hydrate based light weight concentrate (density .25 g/cc) for maximum weight reduction with improved flame suppression. Compatible with polyurethane foam resin systems for further weight reduction. These low dust blends are designed to be used in areas where dust sensitivity is a priority while improving product wet out and lowering resin demand. The alumina tri-hydrate filler offers increased flame suppression and is less reactive with acidic chemicals and resins than other heavy fillers.
