Material Notes:	Applied at only 265°F (129°C), this Jet-melt LM adhesive bonds heat-sensitive substrates such as styrene foam. The temperature control setting is 1 and the flash point is 550°F (288°C). The auto ignition is 574°F (301°C). The ball and ring soft point is 178°F (81°C); ASTM E-28-6-7. The peal strength on canvas is 13 PIW at 72°F (22°C). The bonding range of a 1/8 inch bead on Douglas Fir to Douglas Fir is 40 seconds. The delivery rate is 57 seconds for 1 inch x 3 inch cartridge. The ingredients of the product when dried after application are listed as indirect food additives under FDA regulation 21 CFR 175.105. Long bonding range when dispensed at low melt temperature. Can bond woods, P.O.P. displays, corrugated and other lightweight materials. Information provided by 3M Adhesives Division.
