OCSiAl TUBALL™ MATRIX 822 Graphene Nanotube Concentrate
Categories: Carbon; Other Engineering Material; Additive/Filler for Polymer

Material Notes: TUBALL™ MATRIX 822 is a versatile conductive additive based on polyol ester carrier to produce masterbatches based on PP, TPU, filled PPS, ABS, PC, PC-ABS, PA, GF PA. Resulting masterbatches can be used for compounding in filled polymers or in combination with other conductive fillers to reduce their content and gain better mechanics/fluidity. TUBALL™ MATRIX 822 is available in pellet form. TUBALL™ is a unique graphene nanotube additive from OCSiAl that provides electrical conductivity at ultralow dosage with minimal impact on the rheological and mechanical properties of the host matrix.

Applications: Extrusion of conductive masterbatches based on thermoplastics, Automotive industry, Other applications where electrical conductivity is required.

Benefits: TUBALL™ MATRIX 822 used as a carrier for master batches, Minimal influence on mechanical properties, Ensures permanent and uniform electrical properties without “hot spots”, Without a significant increase in viscosity or density of the host material.
