Evonik VESTANAT® EP-DS 1076 Blocked Polyisocyanate

Material Notes: General Description: VESTANAT EP-DS 1076 is a blocked polyisocyanate based on the cycloaliphatic VESTANAT IPDI (Isophorone diisocyanate) dispersed in water without any auxiliary solvents. Because of its cationic nature, VESTANAT EP-DS 1076 is preferably used in combination with non-ionic or cationically stabilized hydroxylated resins for the formulation of 1K PUR stoving systems like CED and textile coatings. The crosslinking occurs at temperatures above the deblocking temperature with release of the blocking agent.
