See Ceramacast™ 646-N Hydraulic setting. Castable ceramic with high dielectric and physical strength. Used in the production of temperature probes, electrical feed-throughs, large heat treating fixtures, induction coils and crucibles. Supplied in powder form and are mixed with water to develop a strong hydraulic bond. Typically air set in 24 hours, then cured at 250 ºF for 2-4 hours to provide maximum electrical and mechanical properties. |
