| Vinnolit® P 5078 PVC for paste making. Vinnolit® P 5078 is a fine-particle, paste making emulsion homopolymer giving medium-viscosity plastisols. Vinnolit® P 5078 pastes with a medium plasticizer content are nearly Newtonian over the entire shear range. The main application areas of Vinnolit® P 5078 are PVC pastes for compact coatings in the production of flooring, leather cloth, compact vinyl wall coverings. The pastes are distinguished by the following properties: medium paste viscosity, very low fogging values, particularly good mechanical foamability, with surfactant-based or silicone-based foaming aids, low tendency to stick during contact on gelling cylinders, improved adhesion to polyester and polyamide fiber material, matt surfaces of finished products.Information provided by Vinnolit. |
